MTHFR and injury: The risk of experiencing mild traumatic brain injury (cutpoint 50% of GCS was 12.77) was 23% higher in the group of patients without diabetes and with a BMI greater than 20.8 kg/m2 as well as NOTCH3 heterozygous mutation, MTHFR-C677T, and FI-Prothrombin than in the other groups (RR=1.23, 95% CI 0.99-1.54; Pfisher=2.68×10-3).
