Kegg analysis showed an association with genes linked to cancer (P=1.13 × 10-14) and the advanced glycation end products-receptor for advanced glycation end products signaling pathway in diabetic complications (P=3.52 × 10-14), which indicates that DHF patients with diabetes and cancer are at risk of higher pathogenicity. This evidence concerns the gene AGER and diabetes mellitus.
