A higher level of DHEA-S, FAI, TC, TG, FFA, FINS, HOMA-IR, AUC-I, ALT, and AST were strongly correlated with both elevated SUA level and hyperuricemia prevalence, suggesting that HA, IR, and dyslipidemia may be the mediators in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia in women with PCOS.
