FOLH1 and Familial prostate cancer: In a prospective study of 60 patients with prostate cancer (PCa), Gallium-68 prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography/computed tomography (Ga-68 PSMA PET/CT) had better sensitivity (99.08%) in the detection of prostate lesions than multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI; 84.40%).
