Associations with older age [3,68], longer disease duration, lcSSc subtype, pitting scars [20,22,76], acroosteolysis, telangiectasia, cardiac involvement, gastrointestinal involvement, pulmonary involvement, arthritis, anti-centromere antibodies, anti-PM/Scl antibodies, and anti-cardiolipin autoantibodies have been found. This evidence concerns the gene PRB1 and Telangiectasia.
