WT1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: Both WT1-positive RCCs were clear cell variants and showed moderate cell density (QS = 2), yet strong intensity of WT1 nuclear reactions (IS = 3), as seen in Figure 2A. However, clinically these RCC cases are quite different, i.e., a 62-year-old male with stage III, pT3aG2, ccRCC vs. a 58-year-old female with stage I, pT1aG1, ccRCC.
