Conventional imaging modalities used to detect prostate cancer recurrence include computed tomography (CT), bone scan, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), 18fluorine–cholinepositron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-cho PET/CT) and more recently, 68gallium prostate-specific membrane antigen (68Ga-PSMA) PET/CT. Here, FOLH1 is linked to prostate cancer.
