For EVs isolated from the A549 lung cancer line, the average EV size was as follows: 403 ± 163 nm, 487 ± 137 nm, 376 ± 87 nm, 379 ± 146 nm, 507 ± 109 nm, and 491 ± 92 nm (all data p < 0.05) for unstained A549-EVs, Rubb7-TL-stained A549-EVs, Rubb7-TNL-stained A549-EVs, Annexin V-stained A549-EVs, Rubb7-TL-Annexin V-stained A549-EVs, and Rubb7-TNL-Annexin V-stained A549-EVs, respectively.
