Since the first RIPK1 inhibitor Nec‐1 was discovered, a number of RIPK1 inhibitors have been reported for the treatment of different diseases, especially neurological disorders.[4, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20] For example, RIPK1 was reported to be a promising therapeutic target for Alzheimer's disease (AD) treatment.[21, 22] AD is the most common neurodegenerative disorder without effective treatment. Here, RIPK1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
