Regarding side effects, before CAR-T-cell infusion, higher levels of C-reactive protein (>35 mg/L, p = 0.006) and liver SUVmean (>2.5, p = 0.027) were connected to grade 2 to 4 CRS, while higher levels of spleen SUVmean (>1.9) were connected to grade 2 to 4 ICANS. Here, CRP is linked to congenital rubella syndrome.
