CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In an exploratory analysis of the MYSTIC trial, comparing durvalumab, durvalumab/tremelimumab, and chemotherapy in NSCLC, a TMB ≥ 20 mutations/Mb was significantly correlated with improved OS for durvalumab/tremelimumab vs. chemotherapy (21.9 months vs. 10.0 months, HR 0.49, 95% CI [0.32–0.74]) and was not correlated with PDL-1 expression, suggesting its potential as a predictive biomarker for responsiveness to dual ICI [10].
