The results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the expression level of IL-2 (P ═ 0.010), IL-4 (P ═ 0.028), IL-10 (P ═ 0.011), IL-12p70 (P ═ 0.034), IL-17 (P ═ 0.024), TNF-α (P ═ 0.003), and IFN-γ (P ═ 0.007) and lymph node metastasis (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene IL4 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
