Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that older age (OR: 1.098, 95%CI: 1.057–1.141, p<0.001), high leukocyte expression (OR: 1.327, 95%CI: 1.131–1.557, p<0.001), high neutrophil ratio (OR: 1.114, 95%CI: 1.070–1.160, p<0.001), hyperglycemia (OR: 4.512, 95%CI: 2.454–8.295, p<0.001), high prothrombin activity (OR: 1.064, 95%CI: 1.032–1.097, p<0.001), high D-dimer (OR: 3.515, 95%CI: 1.480–8.351, p=0.004) might be more likely to have AIS.
