The levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 had no significant difference (p > 0.05) between asthma (54.17 ± 5.28, 37.82 ± 6.42, and 80.14 ± 7.9 pg/mL respectively) and asthma/chlorhexidine (51.56 ± 7.82, 41.03 ± 5.92 and 82.99 ± 14.28 pg/mL respectively) groups (Fig. 2). The gene discussed is IL4; the disease is asthma.
