CD5 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: In the MAGENTA study (NCT03081910) [14], five patients with CD5-positive R/R T-ALL/LBL received specific second-generation CD5 CAR-T cells; two achieved complete remission (CR), and one patient with extensive AITL underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) after a second infusion due to new lesion development, maintaining CR for six months posttransplantation.
