In the multivariable model with continuous liver function biomarkers, for each 10-unit increase in ALT, AST, TBIL, GGT, ALP, TP, or ALB, the risk of liver cancer incidence increased by 17% (HR = 1.17, 95% CI: 1.15, 1.20), 20% (HR = 1.20, 95% CI: 1.18, 1.22), 69% (HR = 1.69, 95% CI: 1.47, 1.93), 6% (HR = 1.06, 95% CI: 1.06, 1.07), 8% (HR = 1.08, 95% CI: 1.07, 1.09), 82% (HR = 1.81, 95% CI: 1.37, 2.39), or decreased by 71% (HR = 0.29, 95% CI: 0.18, 0.46), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and liver cancer.
