Finally, significant differences in FBL expression were observed in 17 cancers, with significantly higher expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma, READ, COAD, ESCA, HNSC, KIRP, glioblastoma multiforme, KIRC, LIHC, prostate adenocarcinoma, LUAD, CHOL, LUSC, STAD, and thymoma, and significantly lower expression in KICH and THCA (Fig. 9A). This evidence concerns the gene FBL and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
