The top 15 significantly enriched GO terms in the categories of BP, CC, and MF were shown in Fig 3A, suggesting that QFHXD may inhibit the progression of pulmonary fibrosis mainly through up-regulation of the aging process, MAP kinase activity, angiogenesis, ERK1 and ERK2 cascade, and protein phosphorylation. The gene discussed is MAPK1; the disease is pulmonary fibrosis.
