In conclusion, the distribution pattern of lymphocytic subpopulations in lymph nodes showed a predominance of CD4+ T helper cells in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma who had cervical lymph node metastasis, with similar characteristics observed in the lymph node microenvironment of patients with and without cervical lymph nodes metastases.
