CDKN2A and neoplasm: In a cohort of IDHmt glioma patients on active surveillance (n = 128) a continuous percentage tumor volume growth rate per 6 months of 10.46% (95% CI: [9.11%, 11.83%]) and a doubling time of 3.5 years (95% CI: [3.10–3.98]) was noted, with higher rates in the presence of homozygous CDKN2A deletion.63 Each tumor volume increase of one natural logarithm was associated with a more than 3-fold increase in risk of death.
