We identified a median IFN-γ level (reflecting CW4–8 T-cell response) of 0.72 IU/ml (0.52, 1.25) in healthy controls; however, the magnitude of the RA patients’ response was 0.25 IU/ml (0.05, 1.28) (Supplementary Table 1). The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
