Recent investigations into the role of TBX3 in various sarcomas have revealed that TBX3 may be triggered by c-Myc transcription to promote the transformation of human mesenchymal stem cells into sarcomas, leading to enhanced proliferation, migration, and invasion of chondrosarcoma, liposarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. This evidence concerns the gene TBX3 and rhabdomyosarcoma.
