TP53INP2 overexpression increased the sensitivity of AML cells to TRAIL, decreasing cell viability (Fig. 3g), reducing the number of colonies (Fig. 3h), increasing the number of apoptotic cells (Fig. 3i) and increasing the levels of cleaved CASP 8 and cleaved CASP 3 (Fig. 3j). This evidence concerns the gene TP53INP2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
