To investigate the possible involvement of Klhl14 in thyroid neoplastic transformation we compared its expression in samples of human anaplastic thyroid cancers (ATC), papillary thyroid cancers (PTC) and normal tissue, employing GEO2R software to explore two publicly available datasets [21, 22]. The gene discussed is KLHL14; the disease is thyroid gland undifferentiated (anaplastic) carcinoma.
