Furthermore, cells with high MT1G expression exhibited significantly inhibited lipid utilization, as evidenced by increased lipid droplets compared to controls when treated with 200 or 400 μmol oleic acid (Fig. 4d, e).The impact of MT1G knockdown on lipid droplet accumulation and the growth of ccRCC were also performed, the resultsdemonstrate that MT1G knockdown significantly reduces lipid droplet accumulation in ccRCC cells when treated with 200 μmol oleic acid (Supplementary Fig. 6d, e).
