T tests revealed that high MT1G expression was more prevalent in advanced ccRCC patients over 60 years old, as well as in patients with higher pathological grades (P < 0.05), higher clinical stages (III-IV stage) (P < 0.05), T3-4 depth (P < 0.05), and deceased patients (Supplementary Fig. 1e–k). This evidence concerns the gene MT1G and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
