We then divided the corresponding NPC patients into high and low PJA1 expression groups for Kaplan–Meier survival analysis and found that patients with high PJA1 expression had significantly worse disease-free survival (DFS), overall survival (OS), and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) (Supplementary Fig. 1c–e).
