CXCR4 and Hepatitis: Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the growth and morphology of the cells in each group, and the expression levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4, as well as those of inflammatory factors related to the SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway, such as IL-6, TNF-α, NF-κB, and IL-1β, were analyzed to determine the mechanism of fluoride intoxication-induced liver inflammation.
