Using publicly available data (de Bruijn et al., 2023), we found that levels of p120Cat-Y904 phosphorylation correlate with levels of ARHGAP35-Y1105 phosphorylation in human colorectal cancer samples (Fig. S6B), indicating that the previously reported co-dependence of these proteins could be mediated by phosphorylation (Wildenberg et al., 2006). Here, ARHGAP35 is linked to colorectal cancer.
