The MR analysis of different triglyceride-lowering therapies on CHD, also summarized in Table 4, indicated that increased LDL levels driven by the APOC3 gene (OR=1.242, 95%CI: 1.115–1.384) and the LPL gene (OR=1.534, 95%CI: 1.399–1.681) would increase the risk of CHD.
