A univariate logistic regression analysis was performed, and after adjusting for stratification, the results showed that puncture biopsy for total prostate-specific antigen (tPSA), the nutritional status, lymph node metastasis, bone metastasis, and seminal vesicle invasion significantly affected the survival time of prostate cancer patients (p < 0.05). Here, KLK3 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
