In this study, we showed that PSM after prostate cancer surgery was associated with the post-penetration Gleason score, PSA level, seminal vesicle tumor infiltration, clinical stage of the tumor, size of the prostate volume, proficiency of the surgeon, the age and body mass index of the patient, biopsy nerve infiltration, and number of positive preoperative biopsy punctures (29, 30). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and Familial prostate cancer.
