Another recent pan-cancer analysis highlights similar findings by showing that FANCD2 expression is augmented in most tumors present in the TCGA database, and further demonstrated that FANCD2 significantly enhances proliferation, migration and invasion capacity of lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549 and H1299 cells) through the regulation of cell cycle (Xie et al., 2024). This evidence concerns the gene FANCD2 and lung adenocarcinoma.
