IL15RA and familial hyperaldosteronism: Bulk RNA-Seq data showed genes (Tlr1, Il15ra, Edn1) and pathways were upregulated in FH amygdala compared to MH amygdala that are associated with the immune system (Supplemental Fig. 9B-D, Supplemental Fig. 11B), while oxytocin treatment also decreased pathways associated with detoxification of reactive oxygen species and programmed cell death in FH amygdala (Supplemental Fig. 11C).
