[32] found that the dominant ocular surface bacteria in dry eye, Corynebacterium and Staphlococci epidermidis, were altered to include Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Bacillus, Chryseobacterium, and Corynebacterium, potentially impacting ocular surface immunity and IgA production.
