CD68 and coronary artery disorder: By t-SNE visualization of cell cycle score for 2,237 cells, we found that multiple immunoinflammatory-associated and lipid metabolism-related genes were enriched in the G1 phase, such as CD68, interleukin-1 beta (IL1B), chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 3 (CXCL3), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), ABCA1, and oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor 1 (OLR1) suggesting that inflammatory response played an important role in early cell proliferation in CAD (Fig. 1B).
