The upregulation of CDKN2A in multiple cancers was found to be the main characteristic in an association with other engaged genes and was found in various studies discussing gene expression [17] in different types of cancers, including breast, kidney, bladder, bile duct, prostate, gastric, and colon adenocarcinoma [18].
