Nfatc2ip, known as a transcriptional factor, belongs to the NFATC family, and has been demonstrated to be involved in the transcription of the hypertrophic‐related genes in the early stage of hypertrophic remodelling of myocardiocytes, which is thought to be an important marker for cardiac hypertrophy.9, 10. This evidence concerns the gene NFATC1 and cardiac hypertrophy.
