Immune infiltration analysis revealed higher levels of the presence of CD8 T cells, B cells, TIL cells, and Th1 cells in low-risk patients, whereas increased levels of DCs, Tfh cells, neutrophils, macrophages, Th2 cells, and regulatory T cells (Tregs) were noted in high-risk patients, indicating an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment in the high-risk group.
