CD274 and neoplasm: Based on these findings, the VEGF decoy receptor (Ate-Grab) was made by fusing atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1) to VEGF-Grab to target PD-L1 (SE = 2.5)-expressing CAFs, which exerted anti-tumor and anti-fibrotic effects on PDAC models via the PD-L1-directed PlGF/VEGF blockade (Figure 4).
