The administration of biological drugs against TSLP protein has great potential in the treatment of Th2-related diseases such as asthma or CRSwNP in clinical practice and it could be reasonable to state, as for dupilumab, that the therapeutic effect of Tezepelumab administration is currently undergoing study in pathologies not purely th2-mediated, such as COPD.
