TAMs may lead to immunosuppression in sarcomas through the expression of several markers, including PD-L1, CD80, CD206, CD163, and CSF1R; the release of cytokines including IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-alpha, TGF-beta, and VEGF; and chemokines such as CCL2, CCL5, CCL18, and MMP-9 [101].
