As shown in Figure 4C, the tumor-infiltrating CD4+T cells isolated from the HS diet cohort of the Py230-C57Bl/6J murine model demonstrated that there was reduced cytotoxicity against tumor cells (E:T ratio 20:1) from passage 1 (45.7 ± 6.6%) to passage 4 (11.3 ± 2.7%; p < 0.05).
