CTLA4 and neoplasm: Further, analysis of the anti-tumor cytotoxicity (E:T ratio 20:1) of CD8+ and CD4+T cells demonstrated a 3.9- and 6.8-fold increased response (respectively, Figure 6B,C) following combinatorial treatment of anti-CTLA4 mAb with anti-TGFβ mAb, compared to isotype treatment.
