Based on the bioinformatics analyses above, we speculate that the target gene CENP-O may play a role in ovarian cancer by regulating the expression of RB1, MMP9, BMP4, DAPK1, FGFR3, ITGAV, JAK2, IGFBP1, AKT2, PABPN1. This evidence concerns the gene ITGAV and ovarian carcinoma.
