The interaction network analysis of the two most upregulated miRNAs (hsa-miR-21-5p and hsa-miR-142-5p) and the three most downregulated miRNAs (hsa-miR-508-3p, hsa-miR-509-3p, and hsa-miR-211-5p) identified TGFBR2, MBNL1, and NFAT5 as potential key target genes in middle ear cholesteatoma. This evidence concerns the gene MBNL1 and cholesteatoma of middle ear.
