Our findings revealed that the expression levels of the hub genes—UBE2T, KIF4A, CDCA3, and CDCA5—were correlated with various clinical aspects of HCC, including cancer stages (Fig. 7A), nodal metastasis status (Fig. 7B), tumor grade (Fig. 7C), and histological subtypes (Fig. 7D). The gene discussed is CDCA3; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
