Given that the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway activates the mTOR signaling pathway and that the mTOR signaling pathway is responsible for the activation of the VEGF signaling pathway and is closely associated with the angiogenesis and progression of tumors, we explored whether RNF26 regulates the activation of the mTOR pathway in ccRCC cells. The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
