The results of MTT (Fig. 6A), colony forming (Fig. 6B), wound healing (Fig. 6C) and transwell (Fig. 6D) assays demonstrated that enhanced MYC expression partially reversed the inhibitory effects of AURKB/CDC37 depletion on ccRCC cell proliferation and migration.
