The percentage of siAURKB transfected 786-O and CAKI-1 cells in the G2 phase increased, while the percentage of cells in G1 phase decreased compared with siNC and this suggests that knockdown of AURKB causes ccRCC cell cycle arrest at G2 phase (Fig. 2E and Fig. S4B).
