Immunohistochemical analysis of GFPT2 expression in 161 resected PaCa patients revealed a significantly greater immunoreactivity score for GFPT2 in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) group than in the upfront surgery group (IRS: 5.11 vs. 4.16, P = 0.022) (Fig. 7). This evidence concerns the gene GFPT2 and permanent neonatal diabetes mellitus-pancreatic and cerebellar agenesis syndrome.
