MYD88 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: In an analysis of Chinese vs. Western patients with CLL, MYD88 mutations (12.5% vs. 3.0–3.6%) and KMT2D mutations (7.9% vs. 0.7–1.1%) were more frequent in the Chinese population, and MYD88 mutations were significantly more common in newly diagnosed vs. relapsed CLL [9].
