In the bone marrows of mice, Groups L‐D (0.59 ± 0.16%, p = .0142), M‐D + B (0.48 ± 0.19%, p = .0051), and H‐D + B (0.46 ± 0.19%, p = .0041) showed significant reductions in CD4+ T cells compared to the SLE‐C group, and the reduction persisted as statistically significant between Groups M‐D + B and M‐D, which were subjected to BMSC treatment (0.48 ± 0.19% vs. 0.75 ± 0.18%, p = .0432; Figure 6A). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
