A recent systematic review and network meta-analysis85 suggests that a combination of pharmacological treatments, including ARNI (angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor), MRAs (mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists) and SGLT2 inhibitors, offers significant therapeutic benefits in reducing cardiovascular death and hospitalizations for HF in patients with HFpEF and HF with mildly reduced ejection fraction. Here, NR3C2 is linked to hydrops fetalis.
